Refund & Return Policy

At Serphé, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and customer care. Our policies are thoughtfully designed to respect the nature of each product category.

1. Lingerie – No Returns

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we do not offer returns on these items. This ensures strict hygiene standards for all our customers.

However, in the rare case of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist with an exchange, subject to eligibility.

2. Loungewear – Returns Available

Returns are accepted for loungewear items under the following conditions:

  • * Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • * Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us for quality inspection.

3. Exchanges (All Categories)

Exchanges are available if:

  • * The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • * Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • * Item meets hygiene and quality conditions

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Eligible Requests

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • * Size or fit preferences

  • * Change of mind

  • * Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

5. Refund Process (Loungewear Only)

Once the returned loungewear item passes inspection:

  • * Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • * Amount will be credited to the original payment method

6. Shipping

  • * If the concern is on our end, we will cover shipping charges

  • * For loungewear returns, customers may be required to bear return shipping costs

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch.
